Your CloudTMS Plan and Billing

See your plan, usage, and trial status on the Subscription page, and manage your card and invoices in the Stripe portal. Here's what happens when a trial ends or a payment fails.

Where in CloudTMS: /subscription, /pricing, /support

Plans and Usage

Every plan includes every feature, and drivers are always free. Plans differ only in how many active trucks and back-office users you can have. Inactive and retired trucks don't count. The plan cards list Starter ($149/mo, 5 trucks, 3 users), Growth ($299/mo, 15 trucks, 8 users), Professional ($499/mo, 50 trucks, 20 users), and Enterprise (custom pricing, unlimited trucks and users).

If you have more than one active MC, the page shows a multi-MC price: your primary MC is included and each additional MC is listed at 50% of the plan price. The Stripe portal shows exactly what you're charged.

  1. Open Subscription in the sidebar. The top of the page shows Current Plan, Active Trucks, Back-Office Users, and your trial end date or plan price. (page: /subscription)
  2. If you don't have a subscription yet, click Subscribe on a plan card. During a trial you can also click Subscribe Now in the trial banner. Either one takes you to Stripe checkout, which accepts promotion codes. (page: /subscription)
  3. If you already have a subscription and want a different plan, contact support and we'll change it for you. Don't use the Upgrade or Downgrade buttons on the plan cards: they start a new checkout instead of changing your current plan. (page: /support)
  4. For Enterprise, click Contact Sales to email our sales team. (page: /subscription)

Manage Your Card, Invoices, or Plan

CloudTMS doesn't store your card. Payment details, past invoices, and receipts live in the Stripe customer portal.

There's no cancel button inside CloudTMS. If you have an active subscription, cancel in the Stripe portal. To change plans, contact support rather than starting a second checkout. When a subscription is canceled, the account locks.

  1. At the bottom of the Subscription page, click Manage Billing & Invoices in Stripe →. The portal opens and brings you back to Subscription when you're done. (page: /subscription)
  2. If you see "No active subscription. Subscribe first to access the billing portal.", you haven't been through checkout yet. Pick a plan first. (page: /subscription)

Free Trial

New accounts start with a 30-day free trial. We email the account's Company Admin when 10 days and 3 days are left, and a banner appears in the app during the last 5 days.

When the trial ends without a subscription, the account locks and every page sends you to the pricing page, where Subscribe on a plan reopens checkout. Your data is kept.

If a Payment Fails

Stripe retries the charge automatically. Meanwhile you keep full access, a banner shows how many days are left before suspension, and its Update Card link opens the Subscription page. There, Manage Billing in the alert takes you to the Stripe portal to fix the card.

We email the Company Admin when the payment first fails, again 3 days later, and a final notice at 7 days. If it still hasn't gone through 10 days after the first failure, the account is suspended and locks the same way an expired trial does. Your data is kept, and a successful payment reactivates the account.
