Running Multiple MC Authorities
If you run more than one operating authority, add each one as an MC profile and switch between them from the top bar. Lists and new records follow the MC you have selected, and paperwork carries that MC’s name, numbers and logo.
Inviting Users and What Each Role Can See
Admins add team members from Team Members and pick a role for each one. The role decides which parts of CloudTMS they see and whether they can view sensitive fields like SSN, TIN and bank details.
