Set Up Your Company Profile

Add your logo, address and timezone, fill in your carrier packet, choose how loads, invoices and settlements are numbered, and find the settlement and pay settings.

Company Profile

Only company admins can open Company Profile. Find it under Settings in the sidebar.

Legal Name, USDOT, MC Number, Phone and Email are shown here but can't be edited on this page. The page notes that legal name and DOT number are managed by support.

  1. Go to Settings and click Company Profile. (page: /settings)
  2. Under Company Logo, click Upload Logo and pick a square PNG, JPG or WebP file up to 2MB. Use Replace Logo or Remove to change it later. The logo appears on settlement statements, invoices, the driver qualification file and permit books. (page: /settings/company)
  3. Under Business Information, click Edit Address, start typing your address and pick it from the list, check the city, state and ZIP, then click Save. (page: /settings/company)
  4. Under Timezone, pick your operating timezone. It saves as soon as you choose it, and every date and time in the app displays in that zone. (page: /settings/company)

Carrier Packet

The Carrier Packet section at the bottom of Company Profile builds a PDF you can send to brokers and shippers. It pulls from your company profile, your equipment list and the fields in this section.

  1. Fill in the Operating Authority, Insurance, Safety and References (up to 3) groups. (page: /settings/company)
  2. Click Save Carrier Packet Info. (page: /settings/company)
  3. Click Preview to open the PDF, or Download Carrier Packet to save it. (page: /settings/company)

Numbering Sequences

Numbering Sequences controls how Loads, Invoices, Settlements, Drivers, Trucks, Trailers, Customers, Carriers and Fleet Owners are numbered. Company admins and accounting users can change them.

Once the first number in a sequence has been issued, the card shows Locked: the prefix, padding and suffix can no longer change, but Next Number can still be moved.

  1. Go to Settings and click Numbering Sequences. (page: /settings)
  2. On the card you want to change, set Prefix, Padding (how many digits), Suffix and Next Number. The Next will be: line previews the result. (page: /settings/numbering)
  3. Click Save on that card. Each card saves on its own. (page: /settings/numbering)

Settlement and Pay Settings

These live on their own pages and are covered in the Settlements and Pay articles. Where to find them:

Settlement Settings opens Settlement Configuration, with the tabs Rules, Pay Classes, Deduction Templates and Approval Thresholds. Changes take effect on the next settlement run. Open to company admins, settlements and accounting users.

Pay Modifiers holds extra pay items such as tarping, stop-offs, layovers and bonuses.

Document Requirements (company admins only) sets which documents drivers, trucks and trailers must have on file, and whether a document gap blocks dispatch.

MC Numbers (company admins only) is where you add more operating authorities under one account.
